With little more than a home brew antenna at about 15 feet above the ground, Rob 2E0ZAP and Barry M1CQN managed runner up in 50Mhz low power section. Great result and encouragement for next year (no pressure).
Our overall results: The club came 3rd
6mtr low power section we came 2nd, 2mtr low power section we came 5th.
Thanks to all who helped put the event on and operated on both bands.

Why not put NFD in your diary for next year? It’s a great couple of days and you get the chance to fill your boots with setting the station up, operating as well as joining in a club activity in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. We need support from anyone irrespective of experience.
